Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are secured with specialized cold-chain insulation and dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

kitsyport currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link and carrier details.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or tracking shows no updates, within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after your order is placed.

• While we will make every effort to accommodate change requests, we cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for an immediate full refund or free replacement.
